I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, Lonny Peterson. My real estate office is located in Durham, which is a branch office of Plaza Realtors in Chico.

My history includes 25 years in the Waterfowl Hunting Club Business. This includes ownership which started with P & W Gun Club in 1975 to the present with Silvernail Peterson Duck Club. During this period I was instrumental in the development, marketing, management, and sales of both hunting clubs and rice ranches.

For seven years I worked for and managed Tri County Land Leveling (1977-1983). We were one of the first laser leveling companies in Northern California. Have farmed off and on over the years, both rice and wheat. As I grew up in Richvale and still live there, have been involved in the agricultural world most of my life.

My expertise is in agricultural acreage and waterfowl hunting clubs (existing and potential), but also includes homes, residential and commercial properties and business opportunities.
